摘要
目的 测定双边栝蒌种子油的含量及其脂肪酸组成。方法 用重量法和GC -MS法测定。结果 双边栝蒌种子油含量为 31 .2 4 % ,脂肪酸组成以亚油酸和油酸为主 ,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的 90 .48% ,饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸和硬脂酸为主。结论 双边栝篓种子油属优质植物油 。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the oil content and fatty acids composition in Trichosanthes rosthornii seeds.METHODS The content and composition were determined by gravimetric analysis and GC-MS.RESULTS The oil content in Trichosanthes rosthornii seeds was 31.24%.Among the fatty acids,linoleic acid and oleic acid were dominant.The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 90.48% of the total acids,and the major saturated fatty acids were palmitic acid and stearic acid.CONCLUSION The oil in Trichosanthes rosthornii seed is of high-quality,and the analysis results provide scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of the oil in Trichosanthes rosthornii seeds
