摘要
利用气相色谱FID检测器,测定中草药淫羊藿中脂肪酸的含量.BF_3-MeoH法快速酯化,并在混合填充柱上分离获得棕榈酸,硬脂酸,油酸和亚油酸的流出谱图,它们的含量分别是16.90、19.05、20.95和122.19mg/g淫羊藿.棕榈酸和硬胎酸的平均回收率分别为100.3%和100.4%,平均变异系数为2.88%.
Epimedium L. (one of the Chinese herbal medicine) was stndied by GC/with FID. Fatty Acids were transferred to its methyl ester by means of rapid saponification and esterification with BF_3-MeOH.
Under the conditions of GC, the palmitic acid, octadecylic acid, oleic acid and linolic acid were separated well, and the concentrations were respectively 16.90, 19.85, 20.95, 22.10mg per gram dry leaves of Epimedium L. The recovery of palmitic acid and octadecylic acid were 100.3% and 100.4%. The average coefficient of variation was 2.88%.
