摘要
目的 探讨 4 ,4-二 (二乙氧膦酰 ) -丁酸的合成研究。方法 以亚甲基二膦酸四乙酯为原料 ,经 5步反应合成目标物。结果 总收率为 64 %。结论 该方法操作简单易行 。
OBJECTIVE To study the synthetic method of 4,4-bis(diethoxyphosphoryl) butanoic acid.METHODS The title compound was synthesized via five steps starting from tetraethyl methylene diphosphorate.RESULTS The overall yield of the method is 64%, and the process is simple.CONCLUSION The method is an efficient method for synthesis of the compound.
