摘要
为了寻找新的骨质疏松防治药 ,作者以偕二膦酸酯为趋骨性载体 ,与A失碳甾体化合物偶联 ,合成了 4个目标物 .对TM 1和TM 2进行了体外骨细胞培养实验 。
In order to obtain more effective drugs to be used in the treatment of osteoporosis,four anorsteroid derivatives have been designed and synthesized,biphosphonate as the carrier of bone guided drug,anorsteroids as effect drugs.TM 1,TM 2 were found to promote bone formation in bone cell culture.
