摘要
目的 观察穿透性角膜移植联合白内障摘除、人工晶体植入术的疗效并评价其优点。方法 对 6例角膜白斑合并白内障患者从角膜移植孔开放式摘除白内障 ,囊袋内植入人工晶体 ,同期行角膜移植。结果 6例病人经12～ 18个月的观察 ,角膜植片透明者 5例 ,半透明者 1例 ,术后视力不同程度的提高。
Objective\ To evaluate the clinical effects of penetrating keratoplasty was performed combined with extracapsulor cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation .Methods\ Penatrating keratoplasty was performed combined with extracapsulor cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation . Results\ The visual acuity of the six cases was improved to different degrees. The visual acuity of the 6 eyes was improved to different degrees. Five corneal transplants remained clear and one eye became semitransparent . Conclusion\ Penetrating keratoplasty combined with extracapsular cataract extraction And intraocular lens implantatipn is an effective surgery for corneal blinedness with cataract.
