摘要
目的:评价经睫状体平部中央玻璃体切除-超声乳化-人工晶状体植入-前段玻璃体切除联合手术治疗有晶状体眼恶性青光眼的疗效,并对具体操作手法作一介绍。方法:对10例11眼青光眼术后恶性青光眼患者行联合手术,回顾分析其临床资料。结果:全部病例术后前房形成,眼压稳定在21mmHg以下,视功能得到不同程度的改善。结论:经睫状体平部中央玻璃体切除-超声乳化-人工晶状体植入-前段玻璃体切除联合手术是治疗有晶状体眼恶性青光眼的有效手段。
AIM： To investigate the effect of combining surgical approach in the management of malignant glaucoma in phakic eyes with central vitrectomy-phacoemulsificationintraocular lens implantation-anterior segment vitrectomy. METHODS： Ten cases （11 eyes） of magligant glaucoma complicated with trabeculectomy were experienced the combined procedure. Clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The follow-up time was 3-6 months. Anterior Chamber was shaped; the lOP was steady under 21mmHg,and the visual acuity was improved in various degree. CONCLUSION： Central vitrectomy-phacoemulsificationintraocular lens implantation-anterior segment vitrectomy seems to be effective in the management of malignant glaucoma in phakic eyes.
