血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和微血管密度 (MVD)计数在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法SP法 ,检测 70例宫颈鳞状细胞癌中VEGF的表达和MVD计数。结果 宫颈鳞状细胞癌中VEGF阳性率为 75 .7% ,MVD计数平均为 5 3.2 5± 12 .82。VEGF表达和MVD计数与临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF表达与MVD呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF与宫颈癌血管生成密切相关 ,检测肿瘤中VEGF和MVD有助于了解宫颈癌的生物学特性 。 Objective\ To study the expression and the clinical signficance of VEGF and MVD in cervical squamous cell carcinoma . Methods\ The immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in 70 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas . Results\ The positive rates of VEGF was 75.7%; the mean microvessel density was 53.25±12.82. The expression of VEGF and MVD was related to clinical stage、differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and MVD(P<0.05)。 Conclusion\ There is a close relationship between VEGF and tumor angiogenesis. Evaluating VEGF and MVD in tumor can help to reveal the biological behavior of cervical carcinoma and provide prognostic information for the patients.
