摘要
目的 研究Bcl 2在口腔鳞状细胞癌 (OralSquamousCellCarcinoma ,OSCC)中的表达及与其发生、发展的意义。方法 应用免疫组化S P法分别检测 10例口腔正常黏膜 ,10例单纯性增生 ,2 0例癌前病变 ,76例口腔鳞状细胞癌中Bcl 2的表达。结果 Bcl 2在正常黏膜、单纯性增生中未见表达 ,在不典型增生组织中Bcl 2阳性 2例 ,阳性细胞局限于基底层细胞 ,染色较淡。在OSCC中Bcl 2蛋白阳性表达率比正常组、单纯性增生组、不典型增生组高 (P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl 2的阳性表达率、阳性分级在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例及是否颈淋巴结转移均无显著性差异。病理中、低分化组中Bcl 2的表达率比高分化组比较有显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Bcl
Objective\ To study the expression of Bcl 2 in OSCC and its significance in the process of the carcinogenesis and development.Methods\ The immunohistochemistry S P method was used to investigate 10 case of normal oral mucosa, 10 cases of oral hyperplastic tissues, 20 cases of oral precancerous lesions and 76 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results\ No expression of Bcl 2 was observed in cases of oral normal mucosa, hyperplastic tissues,and there was a little and light expression of Bcl 2 in Precancerous Lesions. There was significant difference in the expression of Bcl 2 between OSCC and others. There was no significant difference in the expression of Bcl 2 in different TNM stages and lymphe node metastases of OSCC. There was significant difference in the expression of Bcl 2 between cases of high and midde low pathologic grades . Conclusion\ The expression of Bcl 2 plays an important role in the process of the carcinogenesis and the development of OSCC.
