摘要 研究肝细胞癌经导管肝动脉栓塞化疗术 (TACE)后肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)的变化。采用免疫组织化学方法对 4 2例手术切除的肝细胞癌标本中的 MVD进行检测 ,其中单纯手术 2 0例 ,介入治疗后二期手术 2 2例。结果发现 :TACE组和单纯手术组 MVD分别为 (5 3.4± 2 1.9) / 0 .37m m2 、 (2 7.6± 9.2 ) / 0 .37m m2 ,两者差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1)。提示 :TACE治疗可能导致肝细胞癌缺氧和缺血再灌注损伤 。 To study the changes of intratumoral microvessel density (MVD) in hepatocellular carcinoma following transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), 42 hepatocellular carcinoma specimens histologically verified were studied by immunohistochemical method. Of all specimens, 20 were obtained from the patients treated with surgical resection alone, 22 from those with second stage surgical resection after TACE. The results showed that the MVD in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was 53 4±21 9 in the TACE group and 27 6±9 2 in the no TACE group respectively with the difference being significant between the two groups ( P <0 001). It was suggested that TACE might contribute to angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma, possibly through anoxic stress and ischemia reperfusion injury.
