摘要
目的 探讨精索静脉曲张的治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析 4 2 0例精索静脉曲张的临床资料 ,总结诊治经验。结果 70 %的精索静脉曲张患者精液分析异常 ,6 7.5 %患者术后生精功能改善 ,术后病人症状 ,精子质量得到改善。结论 精索静脉曲张可导致精液质量改变致不育 ,手术可以改善精子质量 ,但并非所有患者均需要手术。
Objective To research the treatment of varicocele.Methods The clinical data of 420 cases of varicocele was retrospectively analyzed to evaluate various kinds of the surgical means and summarize the treatment experiences in such disease.Results The data showed significant improvement in the symptoms and spermatic quality after treatment.Conclusion Varicocele can result in male infertility.Surgery can improve spermatic quality,but not every man with varicocele need surgery.
