超高位结扎治疗精索静脉曲张的临床疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨精索静脉曲张行超高位结扎手术方式安全性,观察术后疗效。方法对我院2008年6月～2009年9月间收治的40例精索静脉曲张患者,分别采用开放手术及腹腔镜两种手术方式,均实现第三腰椎横突平面的超高位结扎,观察病人术后恢复情况、复发、并发症发生情况。结果 40例患者出院时静脉曲张显著改善,随访5个月,复发1例,精子计数、成活率均恢复正常范围,未发现明显并发症,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超高位手术方法治疗精索静脉曲张具有治愈率高、并发症少等特点,是一种安全有效的手术方式。
