摘要
目的 :探讨药物流产后出血原因与卵巢功能状态的关系。方法 :阴道超声观察受试妇女 56例子宫、卵巢形态 ,结合内膜病理与外周血E2 、P水平 ,分析出血原因 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :不全流产后出血 35例 (62 5 % ) ,宫内残留物多为机化坏死蜕膜组织 ;完全流产后出血 2 1例 (37 5 % ) ,其中 9例卵巢内见液性暗区 ,其血中雌孕激素水平较高 ,1 2例卵巢内无液性暗区者血中雌孕激素水平过低。结论 :初步认为 ,药物流产后卵巢功能失常是药物流产后子宫出血的原因之一。
Objectives:To study the relationship between bleeding causes and state of ovary function after medical abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol.Methods:The causes of bleeding in 56 cases of medical abortion were analyzed according to the characteristics of transvaginal utero ovarian ultrasonogram, the pathologic changes of endometrium of uterus,and the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the plasma.30 cases of normal are control group.Results:In 35 cases with incomplete abortion(62.5%),most of the residue in the uterine cavity was fibrotic and necrotic decidual tissue.of 21 cases with complete abortion(37.5%),9 cases were shown ovarian cyst and higher level of normone in the plasma,12 cases without ovarian cyst were shown Cower hormone concentration.Conclusion:We preliminarily considered the ovarian dysfunction after medical abortion,which leads to uterine bleeding,is one of bleeding causes after medical abortion.
