单核苷酸多态性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人类是一个具有基因多态性的群体,单核苷酸多态性是人类基因组中最常见的多态性表现形式,它是基因组DNA序列中单个核苷酸的改变,充分反映了个体间的遗传差异,决定了个体对疾病的遗传易患性以及对药物的敏感性,作为人类基因组中数目最多且稳定的多态性标记的单核苷酸多态性,正成为常见疾病及药物遗传学研究的重要工具,对单核苷酸多态性研究及认识的深入将最终导致人类在疾病预防、诊断和治疗领域的巨大变革。
