摘要
目的 探讨外周血中CD5 + B细胞水平和红细胞I型补体受体 (CR1)表达在系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)活动中的作用及相关性。方法 利用流式细胞分析法对 36例SLE患者和 2 0名正常人群外周血CD5 + B细胞和红细胞CR1进行检测。结果 SLE患者CD5 + B细胞水平较正常人高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,活动期较稳定期明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ;SLE患者CR1表达显著低于正常人 (P <0 0 0 1) ,活动期较稳定期明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;SLE患者CR1与狼疮活动积分呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CR1与CD5 +B细胞呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1) ;CD5 + B细胞与SLEDAI呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 活动期SLE红细胞CR1明显降低 ,CD5 + B细胞明显升高。两者存在明显相关性 ,并与SLE疾病活动有一定关系。
Objective To explore the effects of change of peripheral blood CD5 + B cells and expression of ECR in the active SLE and their relationship through the detection of the percentages of CD5 + B cell and expression of the ECR1 in peripheral blood Methods The percentages of CD5 + B cell and expression of ECR1 in peripheral blood were determined by using flow cytometry in 36 patients with SLE and 20 healthy controls Results The level of CD5 + B cell in SLE patients was higher than that in normal control group ( P <0 05) In activity group, the level of CD5 + B cell was higher than that in inactive SLE patients ( P <0 01) The expression of ECR1 in SLE patients was lower than that in the normal group ( P <0 001), and in active patients was lower than in inactive patients ( P <0 01) The expression of ECR1 in SLE patients was inversely related to the SLE disease active index ( P <0 05) CR1 was significant inversely related to CR1 ( P <0 01) and CD5 + B cell has significant positively correlated with SLEDAI, ( P <0 01) Conclusion The expression of ECR1 in active SLE patients was significantly low and the percentages of CD5 + B cell was high These two factors have correlation and some relationship with the SLEDA1 [
