摘要
目的 探讨 CD4 4v6 在早期宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化 SP法检测 85例早期宫颈癌 CD44 v6的表达情况 ,并分析其与有关临床病理参数的关系。结果 从正常宫颈上皮→原位癌→浸润癌 ,CD44 v6阳性表达率显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。宫颈癌 CD44 v6表达与盆腔淋巴结转移、脉管浸润和组织学类型有关 (P<0 .0 5) ,而与年龄、FI-GO分期、组织学分级和间质浸润无关 (P>0 .0 5)。有盆腔淋巴结转移、脉管浸润及组织学类型为鳞癌者 CD44 v6阳性表达率显著升高 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 CD44 v6阳性表达可能在宫颈癌发生发展。
Objective To explore the expression of CD 44v6 and its clinical significance in early cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of C D 44v6 in 85 cases of early cervical carcinoma and 15 cases of normal cervical epithelia were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the relationships between the expression of CD 44v6 and the factors related with clinical pathology of cervical carcinoma were analyzed statistically.Results It was found that the positive rates of CD 44v6 expression followed this order:normal cervical epithelium→cervical carcinoma in situ→invasive carcinoma of cervix (P<0.01).There was significant correlation between the expression of CD 44v6 and invasive carcinoma of cervix,pelvic lymphonode metastasis,intravascular involvement and histopathological types (P<0.05),but no correlation between it and age,FIGO staging,histopathological grading and stroma involvement (P>0.05).The positive expression rates of CD 44v6 in patients with pelvic lymph node metastasis, intravascular involvement and squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the cases without them (P<0.05 ).Conclusions The positive expression of CD 44v6 in invasive carcinoma of cervix might play an important role during the development,lymph node metastasis and intravascular involvement of cancer cells.
