摘要
环氧化酶是花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素途径中的一种关键酶。该酶有两种同功酶 :环氧化酶 - 1是组成型的 ,环氧化酶 - 2为诱导型。环氧化酶与炎症、阿尔茨海默病、肿瘤和动脉粥样硬化等疾病的发生、发展及有关药物的研发密切相关 ,一些非甾体抗炎药即是以环氧化酶 - 2为靶点。本文综述了环氧化酶 - 1和环氧化酶 - 2在生理。
Cyclooxygenase(COX) is the key enzyme required for the conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins.Two COX isoforms have been identified,named COX-1 and COX-2. The COX-1 enzyme is expressed constitutively,whereas the COX-2 enzyme is highly inducible. The changes of COX level were involved in many diseases,such as inflammation,Alzheimers Disease,cancer and atherosclereosis. COX plays an important role in drugs development and some nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) target at COX-2.This review summarizes the current understanding of COX-1 and COX-2 in normal physiology and pathophysiology and the status of development in COX inhibitor.
