摘要
哈尔滨市沙尘天气的发生具有明显的阶段性,从沙尘天气发生的日数和强度来看,历史上以20世纪70年代为最多和最强。80年代以后,由于大风出现日数减少,沙尘天气出现几率并不高。哈尔滨市沙尘天气发生的最根本因素是自然因素,而非人为因素。
The occurrence of the sand - dust weather in Harbin is in obvious stage. As far as the times and the intensity of the sand - dust weather are concerned, the most times and the strongest of sand - dust weather occur in 1970s. Because the strong wind has been decreased since 1980s, the times of the sand - dust weather have been decreased too. The authors set forth that the basic reason of the sand - dust weather is natural factor not the man - made factor.
