三系杂交棉组合浙杂166的若干生育与生理特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 "三系"杂交棉组合浙杂166和人工去雄配制杂交组合中棉所29(CK1)与常规品种泗棉3号(CK2)的若干生育与生理特性的比较研究结果表明,浙杂166株高显著高于CK2,但与CK1无显著差异,表现为盛蕾初花期生长旺盛,出叶速度、株高日增长及现蕾、结铃高峰期日增蕾、铃数显著高于CK2。前期成铃数少,伏桃数显著少于CK2,但中后期成铃数显著增加,最后总铃数与CK1、CK2相近;铃重和皮棉产量显著高于CK2,但与CK1无明显差异。浙杂166盛花至始絮期叶片氮和叶绿素含量较高,细胞间隙CO2浓度较低,中后期Fv/Fm、ФPS 、光合作用强度高于CK2,有利于积累较多的光合产物,为后期集中开花结铃和增结早秋桃提供充足的有机养分。 The characterization of growth and development, yield formation, photosynthesis and dry matter production was compared among threeline hybrid cotton Zheza 166 and artificiallyproduced hybrid CCRI 29 and conventional cultivar Simian 3 under the field condition. The results showed that plant height, daily increases in leaf number and plant height of Zheza 166, during early flowering stage, was significantly higher than those of Simian 3. There were same trends in the dynamics of square appearance and boll setting at different growth stages among Zheza 166, Simian 3 and CCRI 29, with the highest daily increases in square and boll number per plant during July 2  August 2 and July 12  August 12, respectively. No significant difference in total boll number and lint matured before frost was found among 3 cultivers or crosses, even though boll number of Zheza 166 during July 15 to August 15 was lower than that of CK2. In addition, lint yield of Zheza 166 was significantly higher than that of Simian 3. Therefore, relative larger boll size and more boll number during early autumn would be helpful for obtaining high yield and good fiber quality for Zheza 166. Moreover, the contents of nitrogen and chlorophyll, and photosynthetic intensity of functional leaves in Zheza 166 during full flowering and early bollopening stages,and Fv/Fm, ФPSII in early bollopening stage were significantly higher than those of CK2. Those beneficial to improve the accumulation of assimilating for boll setting and fiber development of Zheza 166. 
