摘要 肿瘤患者血循环中核酸含量明显高于正常人 ,研究证实其来源于肿瘤细胞 ,并且与原发肿瘤有着结构或功能上的某些一致性 ,因此循环核酸对肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后评估都可能有重要价值。近年来随着方法学的进步和肿瘤发生分子机制研究的深入 ,循环核酸日益受到重视 ,这方面的研究也逐渐增多 ,现综述恶性肿瘤循环核酸国内外研究现状。
