摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的推进 ,高等教育的一种新生事物———公有民办二级学院应运而生。面对中国加入WTO后带来的机遇和挑战 ,公有民办二级学院必须以市场为导向 ,以促进学生的全面和谐发展为基点 ,进行专业设置 ,彻底转换传统的教学方式 ,进而培养创新型的社会急需人才。
As an innovation, the subsidiary schools run by the local people and subsidized by the government come out together with the development of the popularization of higher education. Under the opportunities and challenges of entering WTO, the subsidiary schools have to reorganize their majorities and transform their traditional teaching style thorougathy so as to develop the newtype students to meet the needs of persons for the society.
