摘要
在高等教育中 ,教师和学生都是教育的主体。教师是教育的支持主体 ,学生是教育的核心主体。如何提高教师的水平、素质、责任感和如何把学生培养成为富有主体精神和创新精神的人才 ,是学校教育研究的核心目标。
In the university teaching process, teachers and studentsare the two principal entities, teachers being the supporting entity, and students kernel. The writer of this paper claims that the improvement of the teachers'level of teaching, and the sense of responsibility combined with the creative studentsshould be the fundamental target of educational researches in universities. On this basis, the writer proposes the man-based educationaladministrations for the sake of the principal role that teachers play in the teaching.
