摘要
在知识经济条件下,中国企业面临着全球竞争,尤其是人才竞争的压力。因此,企业必须加紧员工培训。培训必须在理念、体系、目标等方面加以创新,同时,在培训过程中还必须采取新的途径和措施,以确保培训达到预期的效果。
In economy times based on knowledge, enterprises are being confronted with the global competition in China, especially large pressure of talent competitive. This paper analyses the significance of human resources development to competitive advantage obtained. From the point of view of the core, management philosophy, aim and pattern of human resources development, it builds an innovative system of employs' training and development, and puts forward a three\|dimensional system model for implementing it.
