摘要
家族企业在世界和中国经济中都扮演了重要角色,本文从CEO继任(CEO succession)的概念出发,以浙江民营企业为例,对关乎家族企业兴衰成败的最高领导人CEO的继任过程进行了考察。文章区分了两类不同的家族企业CEO继任模式,对CEO继任过程的动力学过程进行了深入分析,并提出了中国文化背景下家族企业CEO继任模式的演化路径。最后,本文对今后的家族企业CEO继任研究方向作了一些思考。
Family business plays an important role in both world and China economy. Based on the definition of CEO's Succession, this essay examines the CEO's succession planning of Zhejiang privately-run businesses. Two different categories of family business succession models are distinguished here, emphasis is put on the dynamic process and evolutive route of family business succession under Chinese background. Eventually, this essay also discusses the future research direction of family business succession planning.
