摘要
研究在含 CrO_3 180g/L、H_2SO_41.8g/L 的镀液中,加入镧系稀土阳离子、氟离子以及改变镀液温度和阴极电流密度时,分别对阴极电流效率的影响。此外,还通过对电化学参数的测量,探讨了阴极反应机理。
Effects of different lanthanide rare-earth anodic ion,Fion,temperature and current density on the cathodic current efficency are studied in order to obtain a Crplating of high cathodic current efficiency from Cr acid baths and cathodic react- ion mechanism is also discussed through the measurement of electrochemical paramet- ers.
