摘要
通过试验得出化学退除 Ni-P 镀层的配方是以间硝基苯磺酸钠为氧化剂、乙二胺为络合剂的退除液,对含 P 量在3—15%范围内的合金镀层有较好的退除效果,对高精密零件上不合格 Ni-P 镀层的退除有独到之处。
This paper develops a new formula containing the oxidizer,sodium-m-nitrobenzene sulfonate,and the complexer,ethylenediamine,to strip the nickel-phosphorous coati- ng chemically.It has good stripping effectiveness to the alloy coating containing 3-5% phosphorous.It is of originality to strip the unqualified nickelphosphorous coating on accurate parts.
