摘要
简要介绍印制电路板铜、铁、锌、铝基层的化学与电化学退除镍层的方法,还介绍了美国乐思化学有限公司的退镀方法并归纳了43种配方。
This paper introduces a stripping method of Cu,Fe,Zn,Al for printed circuit of chemistry and electrochemistry,as well as the stripping method of OMI Interna- tional More than 43 kinds of compositions are listed here,The formula and techn- ological parameters provided in this paper have some reference values.
