摘要
本文介绍了提取吉如很阿嘎如 - 8中水溶性多糖的方法 ,并用硫酸 -苯酚法测定了该药中水溶性多糖的含量。回收率为 99.3%— 10 0 .5 % ,RSD为 0 .90 %。用气相色谱法测定了吉如很阿嘎如 - 8的水溶性多糖 ,它是由阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖等组成。它们的摩尔比为 :1.0 0∶ 0 .76∶ 3.6 1∶ 2 .88∶5 .0
The method for extracting water soluble polysaccharide in Jiruhen agaru 8 is proposed.The content of water soluble polysaccharide was determined by using phenyl hydrate sulfuric acid.The recovery is 99.3%-100.5%,RSD is 0.90%.The components of water soluble polysaccharide were identified by gas chromatography.It is composed of arabinose,xylose,mannose,galactose,and glucose,and the molar ratio of these saccharides is 1.00∶0.76∶3.16∶2.88∶5.00.
