摘要
为适应汽车防腐性和高品质外观的需要,国外汽车用阴极电泳涂料发展迅速。目前已开发出高膜厚、高耐候性、低温固化(120～140℃、20min)及边棱防腐型阴极电泳涂料。今后将致力于这些涂料的实用化和新型综合性能优异的车用阴极电泳涂料的研究。
The cathodic electro-coating for vehicle use is developing rapidly in foreign countries in order to meet with the requirements for the anti-corrosion of vehicles and the commodity outlooks. Presently the cathodic electro-coatings of thick film, highly weather-proof, low curing(120 to 140℃/20min)and edged corrosion resistance have been developed. In the future, practicalized and new type of outstanding cathodic electro-coatings are to be worked for.
