摘要
紫外光固化技术节能、省时.本文首次将这一技术应用于阳极电泳涂装过程,系统探讨了电泳工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响.实验结果表明,利用紫外光固化技术后,阳极电泳涂装过程可以在室温下进行固化,固化时间大大缩短,并得到平整、光滑、外观良好的膜层.
UVcuring coatings greatly reduces energy requirments and curetime. In this paper, this technique was applied to anodic electrophoretic coating process for the first time and the influence was investigated systematically of the parameters of electrophoretic process on the characteristics of coating films. The experimental results show that after using UVcuring technique, the anodic electrophoretic coating film can be cured at room temperature and the curing time is greatly reduced. The coating film obtained is flat, smooth and with good appearance.
