2 0名健康志愿者随机交叉口服国产和进口头孢呋辛酯片 ,用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中头孢呋辛浓度。单剂量口服两种片剂 5 0 0 mg后 Cmax分别为 7.0 2± 1.72和 7.79± 1.94 mg/ L,Tmax分别为 2 .7± 0 .6和 2 .6± 0 .8h,AUC0 - t分别为 2 5 .5 3± 6 .2 3和 2 7.33± 7.70 mg· L- 1· h。国产片剂的相对生物利用度为 96 .77%± 2 4 .4 7%。经双向单侧 t检验 。
The pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of two brands cefuroxime axetil tablets were investigated at an oral dose of 500mg by 20 healthy volunteers, according to a randomized crossover design. Cefuroxime concentrations in plasma were determined by RP HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters for the single oral dose of 500mg cefuroxime axetil were as follows: C max —7.02±1.72 and 7.79± 1.94m g/L, T max ? ?.7± 0.6 and 2.6±0.8h, AUC 0-t —25.53±6.23 and 27.33±7.70mg·L -1 ·h for tested and reference tablets, respectively. The relative bioavailability of tested tablets was 96.77%±24.47%. The result of two one side t test showed that the tablets of two brands were bioequivalent.
