摘要
通过总结观察植物细胞质运动的原有材料的局限性和对洋葱、葱、小葱等实验材料进行的实验,提出了观察植物细胞质运动的几种新的实验材料及实验操作方法。
After analyzing the disadvantages of former stuffs for cytoplasm activity in plants,and experimenting on onion,shallot and spring onion,we have presented some new experimental stuffs for cytoplasm activity and introduced the operations.
