摘要
鸭疫里默氏菌 6型和 12型仅在玻片凝集试验中存在较弱的交叉反应 ,这一交叉反应可经血清吸收试验得到消除 ;12型和 16型在玻片凝集试验和试管凝集试验中均表现较强的双向交叉反应 ,但在琼扩试验中表现为较弱的单向交叉反应 ;6型和 16型之间没有交叉反应。12型和 16型之间的交叉凝集反应和交叉沉淀反应均可经血清吸收后得以消除 ,但经过 16型参考菌株吸收过的 12型抗血清 ,还与 6型菌株存在交叉凝集反应 ,只有同时用 6型和 16型菌株吸收 ,12型抗血清才具有血清型特异性。血清吸收对 6型和 12型抗血清的同型凝集反应能力和沉淀反应能力没有影响 ,但对 16型抗血清的同源凝集能力和沉淀反应能力均有较大的影响 ,经 12型参考菌株吸收后 ,16型抗血清与同型抗原之间的凝集效价下降 2个滴度 ,而且不再形成清晰的沉淀线。结果表明 ,6型和 12型之间、12型和 16型之间均存在 ab- bc的抗原关系。
Serotype 6 and 12 of Riemerella anatipestifer showed two-way cross-reactions in slide agglutination tests,but didn't give cross reactions in tube agglutination and agar-gel precipitation tests.Serotype 12 and 16 produced two-way high-grade cross reactions in slide and tube agglutination tests,and gave one-way cross reaction in AGP tests.However,serotype 6 and 16 didn't show cross reactions in three serotyping methods.Cross reactions between serotype 6 and 12,serotype 12 and 16 could be removed after serum adsorption,but antiserum to serotype 12 adsorbed with serotype 16 strain still gave cross agglutination with antigen to serotype 6.The serotype-specific of antiserum to serotype 12 could be exhibited only after adsorption with serotype 6 strain and serotype 16 strain at same time.Adsorption of antiserum didn't affect the homologous agglutinating and precipitating properties of the serum with the exception of antiserum to serotype 16,which gave lower homologous agglutination titer and no homologous precipitation reaction.The results indicate that the antigen relationship of ab-bc exists in serotype 6 and 12,serotype 12 and 16,respectively.
