摘要
用常规方法 ,对人工感染鸭疫里默氏菌的小鸭进行了 17项生理生化指标的测定。结果显示 :病鸭血液中血红蛋白 (Hb)含量、红细胞 (RBC)数、淋巴细胞 (L)数、血清无机磷 (Pi)、总蛋白 (Tp)、球蛋白 (G)的含量及血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著下降 ;血中中性粒细胞 (N)数增多 ,血清谷草转氨酶 (GOT)和乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)活性显著升高。结果表明 ,感染鸭疫里默氏菌的小鸭肝脏、心脏等的损伤严重。
Using routine pathological methods,17 items of blood physio -biochemical values were determined in Duckling infected experimentally with Riemerella anatipestifer.Hemoglobin(Hb) concentration,red blood cells(RBC) count,lymphocyte(L) count in blood,inorganic phosphate(Pi),total protein(TP),globulin(G) concentrations and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) in serum significantly decreased.The neutrophils(N) in blood and the activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in serum significantly increased.These resulls indicated that liver and heart were seriously damaged in duckling with infectious serositis.
