感染ADV艾虎的几项血液生化指标测定 被引量:1

摘要 应用水貂阿留申病毒(简称ADV)辽金ADV81-02株系对对流免疫电泳(CIEP) 阴性、临床表现健康的艾虎进行了感染实验。结果艾虎在接种ADV后的第7d开始出现血清CIEP沉淀抗体,第15d CIEP阳性率达到100%。ADV抗体至少可在艾虎体内保持382d。在感染过程中,ADV抗体随感染时间的延长而增加。经测定,被感染艾虎的血清总蛋白、γ—球蛋白、血清谷草转氨酶(SGOT)、血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(SLDH)与正常艾虎相比均有所增高,而血清白蛋白百分含量、白蛋白/球蛋白 (A/G)之比值则明显降低。随着感染日龄的延长,艾虎血清γ—球蛋白也逐渐增高,而且组织病理变化也趋于严重,即血清γ—球蛋白增加与病理变化同步发生。 We inoculated the ferrets with virus strain 'Liao Jin ADV 81 -02'. The experiment shows that the ferret's blood serum albumen, r-globulin, SGOT, and SLDH increased and its Content percentage of blood serum albumen, and A/G specific value decreased-remarkably. with the prolongation of the ferret's y-globulin in blood serum increased infection process, gradually. And the pathological changes of its tissues were serious, i. e. , the increase between r-globulin in serum and pathological changes synchronized.
