摘要
从技术哲学和技术社会学的视角出发 ,对信息技术人才的社会地位进行了界定 ,进而对信息技术人才从低社会地位向高社会地位的“向上流动” ,在同等社会地位上的“水平流动” ,从高社会地位向低社会地位的“向下流动”的特性作了深入分析 ,揭示了信息技术人才多向社会流动的规律 ;针对我国当前信息技术人才社会流动认识上和实践上的误区 。
The thesis from the angle of technological philosophy and technological sociology defines the social status of the information technology talents, and gives a deep analysis of 'upward flow' that the social status is from low to high, 'level flow' that the social status flows between the equal status, 'downward flow' that the social status from high to low. The thesis indicates the multi directed social flow characteristic of information technology talents, and gives the idiographic countermeasures that makes the social flow of the information technology talents normal according to the mistakes of the social flow of information technology talents under Chinese existing conditions.
