摘要
针对当前医疗质量控制管理工作中较普遍存在的“监控不全、不连、不严、不规范”问 题。提出了“实施全息监控、全时监控、严明奖惩、规范化管理”的对策。
Aiming at the common problems 'incompleteness, non- linkage, non- strictness and non -standards' in the current activities of medical quality control and management, it is proposed the strategy 'holographic inspection and control, full - time inspection and control, impartial rewards and punishments and standardized management should be conducted.
