摘要
目的 测定碘仿的体外抗菌活性。方法 以四环素为对照 ,测定了 4 77株临床分离菌对药物的敏感性。结果 碘仿对需氧革兰阳性球菌有较好的抗菌作用 ,对金葡球菌、肺炎球菌的抗菌活性较高 ;碘仿对需氧革兰阴性菌具较强的抗菌作用 ;对厌氧菌亦具良好抗菌作用。碘仿对需氧革兰阳性菌的抑菌作用优于四环素 ,对革兰阴性菌、厌氧菌的作用与四环素相仿。结论 碘仿不仅对需氧革兰阳性球菌具有较高抗菌活性 ,亦对革兰阴性杆菌及厌氧菌有较好的抗菌作用 ,具有明显的临床应用价值。
Objective To investgate the antibacterial activity of iodoform in vitro. Methods Antibacterial activities of iodoform against 477 clinical isolates was evaluated and compared with that of economycin.Results Iodoform was highly active against gram-positive organisms, especially Enterobacteriaceae,H Influenzaeand and N gonorrhoeae. It also had good activity against aerobics gram-negative organisms and anaerobes, includingB fragilis. The activity of iodoform against aerobic gram-negative organisms was superior to that of economycin. The activity of iodoform against anaerobes and gram-negative bacteria was simmlar to economycin. Conclusions Iodoform has clinical therapeutical value because of its high antibacterial activities against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
