摘要
分析了供应链合作伙伴关系的实质 ,对比了供应链上企业间一般的与合作的伙伴关系的特点。提出将供应链合作关系抽象为委托 代理关系 ,并分析了委托 代理的基本原理。最后 ,从经济学的角度建立了供应链合作伙伴关系模型。
The essential nature of Supply Chain Partnership is analyzed, while the characteristics between the general and the collaborative partnership in Supply Chain enterprises are proposed. The partnership is abstracted as the relations of Principal-Agent, and the basic principles of the Principal-Agent are introduced. At the end of this paper, the model of Supply Chain Partnership is established from the view of economics.
