摘要
目的 评估小型钛板固定颌骨骨折的可靠性 ,探讨其优缺点。方法 2 0例病人共 34处颌骨骨折行小型钛板坚固内固定。结果 2 0例术后伤口无感染 ,均Ⅰ期愈合 ,19例术后咬合关系恢复 ,1例出现局部咬合关系不良。术后张口度≥ 37mm者 19例。X线复查骨愈合良好。结论 小型钛板内固定效果可靠 ,避免了颌间结扎 ,较传统的颌间结扎有明显优点。
Objective To elevate the reliability of miniplate osteosynthesis in jaw fracutres.Methods Thirty-four jaw fracture in 20 cases treated with titanium miniplate osteosynthesis were analysed.Results No infection was found.The mouth opening of 19 cases were over 37mm.Conclusion The miniplate osteosynthesis has the advantages over conventional intermaxillary fixation.
