摘要
目的 考察六味地黄汤及其乙醚萃取的有效成分对人类离体精子的活率随时间延长的影响。方法 将不同浓度的六味地黄汤及其乙醚萃取的有效成分加入液化后的精液中 ,6h后用全自动精子分析系统分析各级精子的活率。结果 不同浓度的六味地黄汤及其乙醚萃取的有效成分对人类离体精子活率随时间延长的影响是不同的。结论 六味地黄汤及其乙醚萃取的有效成分对人类精子离体 6h的活率、a级、b级以及a+b级精子的活率均有显著提高。
Objective To study the effect of liuwei dihuang decoction and its extraction by ether on human sperm activity rate in vitro.Methods Different density of liuwei dihuang decoction and its extraction by ether were put into semen.The activity rate of human sperm in vitro after 6 hours was tested by colour sperm auto-analytical system.Results Different density of liusei dihuang decoction and its extraction by ether had a different effect on human sperm activity rate in vitro.Conclusion Liuwei dihuang decoction and its extraction by ether could rise the activity rate of human sperm in vitro.
