摘要
研究了草甘膦在空心莲子草植株不同部位和不同生长期的吸收与传导特性。结果表明 ,植株中部茎叶着药最有利于药剂传导 ,尤其是叶柄部位着药。在植株不同生长期 (4~ 12对叶 )进行14 C 草甘膦点叶处理后 6d ,有 2 9.75 %~ 34.2 7%的药剂已消失 ,有 37.5 9%~ 4 5 .17%的药剂附着遮叶片表面 ,2 2 .11%~ 31.33%的药剂已被植株吸收和传导。14 C 草甘膦传导至地下根茎的量随植株叶数的增加而增多 ,但14 C 草甘膦含量在多于 10对叶的植株中迅速下降。可见 ,草甘膦在空心莲子草植株 6~ 9对叶时处理 。
Absorption and translocation of glyphosate in different parts of alligator weed [ Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb.],and in the plants at different growth stages have been investigated. The results indicated that glyphosate was absorbed and translocated most readily by stem and leaves of middle parts of the plant, especially by petioles. 14 C glyphosate was applied to the leaf surface of plants at 4-12 leaf growth stages. It was found that, six days after application, 29.75%-34.27% of the 14 C glyphosate disappeared, 37.59%-45 17% was still on the leaves surface, and 22.11%-31.33% was absorbed and translocated. Translocation of 14 C activity to rhizome increased with the increasing of leaf pairs, but radiotracer concentration in rhizomes decreased rapidly in plants with more than 10 leaf pairs. The accumulation of glyphosate in rhizome was relatively readily when alligator weed was treated at growth stage of 6-9 leaf pairs.
