摘要
本文对20例急性脑梗塞患者口服不同小剂量乙酰水杨酸(ASA)前后的血小板聚集、解聚、TX B_2和6—酮—PG F_(1a)血浆水平的变化进行了研究。50 mg和300 mg ASA对ADP、肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集和TX B_2血浆水平都有累积性抑制作用;对血小板解聚有增强作用;ASA 50 mg同300 mg比较对6—酮—PG F_(1a)血浆水平无抑制作用,结果表明50 mg ASA是对脑梗塞防治有效的适宜剂量。
The effect of low dose acetylsalicylic acid on platelet aggregation, disaggregation, plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF_1a concentrations was studied in 20 patients with cerebral infarction. The results showed that both 50mg and 300mg dosages of acetylsalicylic acid depressed platelet aggregation induced by ADP epinephrine, and plasma TXB2 concentration cumulatively. The administration of 50mg acetylsalicylic acid did not depress plasma 6-keto-PGF_1a concentration, but the 300mg dosage did. Therefore. a 50mg dosage of acetylsalicylic acid is adequate and suitable for preventing and treatment of cerebral ischmic stroke.
