摘要
我校试管婴儿研究始于1984年,1985年在获得排卵前卵子的大前提下,体外受精、受精卵分裂成功。1987年2例临床妊娠,分别于1988年3月10日及5月27日分娩,是我国大陆首例及第二例试管婴儿。我国大陆首例GIFT婴儿也于1988年3月18日诞生。IVF临床妊娠/每次移植已由初期(1987年～1988年6月)的6.4％(5/78)提高到后期(1988年9月～1991年12月)的16.3％(14％～22％,49/301),1987～1991年IVF成功的已分娩29例,共32个试管婴儿健在。本文还介绍了技术操作的改进及有关研究进展。
The IVF research was started at Beijing Medical university in 1984. The Timely collection of pre-ovulatory oocyte as a prerequisite for successful IVF and embryo implantation was achieved in 1985,leading subsequently to the success of fertilization in vitro and cleavage of the fertilized egg.In 1987 twocases of IVF & ET resulted in clinical pregnancy and two healthy babies were delivered at the ThirdHospital of BMU on March 10 and May 27, 1988 respectively, being the first and second test tube babyon China's Mainland. The first GIFT baby on China's Mainland was also conceived and delivered at theThird Hospital of BMU on March 18, 1988. The clinical pregnancy rate has increased from 6.4%(5/78) from 1987-June 1988 to 16.3%(14%～22%, 49/301) from September 1988 to the end of 1991. Upto the present, 29 cases of IVF have been delivered and 32 test tube babies brought into the worldhealthy and strong. In this paper the improvement of the technological procedures and other advancesin IVF research were also described.
