摘要
目的 探讨输卵管粘连松解加腹膜移植术治疗不孕症的临床意义。方法 对 31例因输卵管形态异常及系膜短缺致输卵管不通或通而不畅患者行输卵管粘连松解加腹膜移植术并进行术前术后比较。结果 不孕者术后妊娠率较术前明显提高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the operation in treating female infertility using oviduct inflammatory separation and peritoneum transplantation. Methods: Cases whose oviducts were blocked or jammed because of abnormal oviducts or shortage of mesentery were treated using oviduct inflammatory separation and peritoneum transplantation, and compared with their former condition. Results: The pregnancy rate increased a lot after the operations. Conclusion: The operation can increase pregnancy rate.
