摘要
目的 观察原发性肝癌患者细胞膜白细胞介素 - 2受体 (m IL- 2 R)表达和血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)水平 .方法 用间接免疫荧光法检测原发性肝癌患者 PBMC经 PHA刺激后 m IL- 2 R的表达 ;s IL- 2 R水平的检测采用EL ISA夹心法 .结果 原发性肝癌患者 m IL- 2 R表达明显减少 ,治愈组 m IL - 2 R的表达基本恢复正常 ,转移组与无转移组无明显差异 ;血清 s IL - 2 R水平中等程度升高 ,治愈组与正常对照组的差异仍有统计意义 .转移组最高 ,同各组均相差明显 .结论 m IL - 2 R表达不足和 s IL - 2 R异常升高在原发性肝癌患者免疫抑制及免疫监视能力下降方面起着极其重要的作用 .
AIM To observe the expression of mIL 2R and the lever of sIL 2R in patients with primary cancer of liver. METHODS The expression of mIL 2R and the lever of sIL 2R in patients with primary cancer of liver were detected through APAAP immunohistochemical and sandwitch ELISA techniques, respectively. RESULTS The expression of mIL 2R in primary cancer of liver (PCL) patients were lower than that in the control. The difference between patientswith metastasis and patients without metastasis was not obvious. The cured patients were similar to the control. The PHC patients had a significantly higher lever of serum soluble IL 2R than did the control, the patients with metastasis had high lever of sIL 2R in all patients, the cured patients still had difference from the control. CONCLUSION The insufficiency of mIL 2R expression and abnormal increase of sIL 2R play important roles in the immunodepression and disability of immune monitor in PHC patients.
