摘要
目的：观察川芎嗪对视网膜静脉阻塞（ｒｅｔｉｎａｌｖｅｉｎｏｃｃｌｕｓｉｏｎ，ＲＶＯ）患者血浆中内皮素－１（ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ－１，ＥＴ１）、血栓素Ｂ２（ｔｈｒｏｍｂｏｘａｎｅＢ２，ＴＸＢ２）、６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α（６－ｋｅｔｏ－ｐｒｏｓｔａｇｌａｎｄｉｎＦ１α，６ＫＦ）水平及血液流变学的影响。方法：７６例ＲＶＯ患者经川芎嗪治疗２０天前后对其血浆ＥＴ１、ＴＸＢ２及６ＫＦ水平和血液流变学指标进行了检测。结果：ＲＶＯ患者血浆ＥＴ１和ＴＸＢ２水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），血浆６ＫＦ水平则显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），血液流变学指标明显异常。治疗２０天后ＲＶＯ患者视力提高，血浆ＥＴ１和ＴＸＢ２水平显著下降，６ＫＦ水平明显升高，血液流变学指标改善。与治疗前比较均有差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：川芎嗪治疗后ＲＶＯ患者血浆中ＥＴ１和ＴＸＢ２水平下降，６ＫＦ水平升高；
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of ligustrazine on the levels of endothelin1 (ET1), thromboxame B2 (TXB2 ), 6ketoprostaglandin F1α(6KF) and index of hemorheology in plasma of the patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO). METHODS: Seventy six patients with RVO were treated with injection ligustrazine for twenty days. The levels of ET1, TXB2, 6KF and the index of hemorheology in plasma of the patients before and after the treatment were measured. RESULTS: The levels of ET1 and TXB2 in plasma of the patients were significantly higher than that in the control (P<0001). The index of hemorheology was obviously abnormal in the patients. After treating the visual acuity of the patients was improved, the levels of ET1 and TXB2 in plasma were markedly decreased, the levels of 6KF were obviously increased. The index of hemorheology was also ameliorated. These changes were significantly difference compared with before the treatment (P<001). CONCLUSION: The levels of ET1 and TXB2 in plasma were markedly decreased, the levels of 6KF were obviously increased, the index of hemorheology was also ameliorated in the patients with retinal vein occlusion treated with ligustrazine.
