介绍了采煤机截齿、齿座锻模设计和使用中影响锻模寿命的因素 ,即合理选择分模面、出模斜度、圆角半径以及飞边槽 ,同时还必须考虑锻模的安装、预热、模锻的工步、锻模的工作节奏及锻模的修复等。
The design of the forging die for the cutting picks and pick pedestals of the coal excavator was introduced. The factors affecting the life of the forging die in use were stated, including selection of the parting line, the draft, the radius of the radiuses of the circular bead and the flash slot. In the meantime, the die assembly, die preheating, forging procedures, forging pace and repair of the forging die must be considered as well.
