摘要
对30CrMnSi钢、A_3钢进行模拟焊接试验,观察分析了接头组织变化.对焊接冷裂纹产生的组织因素进行了分析,并对生产中制定焊接工艺规范提出意见.
In this paper.the weld simulation test of 30CrMnSi to A 3 steel was done.And the variation of microstructure of the joint was observed.the structure factors causing formation of welding cold cracking were analysed.some suggestions on determining weld technology procedure in manufacturing were also gaven here.
