摘要
随着牙科铸造合金的广泛应用和新牙科铸造合金的不断推出 ,无论临床应用还是新合金的研制 ,生物相容性都是一个重要的影响因素。本文从生物学反应及其影响因素方面对牙科铸造合金的生物相容性问题加以综述。
Along with the widespread use of dental casting alloy and the continuous development of new dental casting alloy,biocom patibility is a very importantfactor both in the alloy's clinical application and the developm entof new dental casting alloy.This paper gives a review of the biocompatility problem of dental casting alloy in biologic effects and its relevant factors.
