摘要
本文综述了微生物菊粉酶作用特点,底物结构和性质,酶和细胞固定化及酶法水解菊粉的一些动力学参数.
In this paper, acting charactristics of microbiol inulinase, their structure, charactristics of substrate are reviewed. Immobilization of inulinase and microbiol cell as well as kinietic parameter of enzymatic hydrolysis from inulin are described in detail.
